We offer a 14-day trial period. If you are not satisfied, you can return your bike in like-new condition with less than 10 miles on the odometer for a full refund, minus shipping fees.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
Our bikes are shipped 85% assembled. We provide comprehensive video tutorials and toolkits to help you finish the build, or you can opt for professional assembly through our local service partners.
What kind of warranty do you provide?

Are Rad Power Bikes waterproof?
