Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Carefully repack your items in the original manufacturer packaging to ensure the e-bike and its components are protected during transit.

Ship It Back

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please note that a return shipping fee may apply.

Inspection and Refund

Once our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
